Appointment Bookings
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The booking fee will be applied towards the final cost of your treatment. If no booking fee is paid, the appointment may be subject to cancellation.
Payment
The remaining balance for your service will be due upon completion of your appointment. Payments can be made via, credit card, card, cash or bank transfer only.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice will result in losing your booking fee. if adequate notice is provided, your booking fee can be applied to your rescheduled appointment
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to this we may be unable to accommodate your full service, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, in such cases your booking fee will not be refunded
No shows
Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. You will also be required to pay the full amount for services before another appointment can be scheduled.
Refund Policy
All booking fees are non-refundable. In cases where services are pre paid, refunds will not be issued unless the cancellation is initiated by us. If we need to cancel your appointment, a full refund of any payment or booking fee made will be processed
Health & Safety
You must inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies or medical concerns that may affect your treatment at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.
Personal Information
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. By using our booking system, you agree to our privacy policy which details how your information is collected and used
